The Singapore city circuit has 23 corners – more than any other track. Andrew Shovlin – the Team`s Chief Race Engineer comments „The track is demanding for the tires with so many corners. It`s about balancing the whole lap“. For MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS F1 Team driver Nico Rosberg Singapore is very special event – it will be his 200th Grand Prix. Rosberg said, „It is a challenge because having all this lighting, it does make it more difficult visibility-wise.”
