Carlo Boutagy is the founder of the F1 FanZone. As the official outdoor broadcaster of Formula One, F1 FanZone provides an inner city public event – the world’s largest, most diverse and exciting outdoor experience. Carlos is a Canadian-born man of Lebanese origin, who came up with this brilliant idea while studying economics at Concordia University in Montreal. He came up with the idea to bring Formula One into the streets for the populace at large; and showing the practice sessions, qualifying and the race itself on giant screens was only part of it. Today F1 FanZone is being run in the most prestigious Grands Prix of the sport.
