Christian Horner was the youngest Team Principal in Formula 1 when Red Bull hired him in 2005. Noted for his diplomatic leadership style, a fact reinforced by his ability to manage one of the most volatile and competitive driver pairings in recent history – Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel. He has been the principal driving force behind Red Bull’s dramatic transformation from a midfield runner into World Champions in just six years.
